At Stay Inspired Fitness, we offer classes for all interests and ability levels. You can take classes live or on-demand when it’s most convenient for you. We have shorter classes for those days you barely have time to squeeze in some "me" time and longer classes for those times you need that extra workout. Choose from more than 45 live classes a month or browse our ever updating on-demand library of current and retired classes. This flexibility allows you to find that often neglected time for yourself by choosing the workout and the time that fits into YOUR schedule. We have something for everyone from Barre, Pilates, and Yoga, to Weights, Cardio Mix, and RIPPED, to Bootcamp, HIIT, Cycle, and more.
