BARRE

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout combining ballet inspired moves fused with Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. This is a class that will lengthen and strengthen the body in an authentic way. No Barre needed, a chair will do!

BODY SCULPT (retired class, but available in Guides on Facebook)

Body Sculpt is an overall toning and strengthening workout that utilizes a combination of weights, bands, and body weight to work all muscle groups through resistance training. Modifications are offered, and no weights are necessary if you are looking to simply move, breath, and increase joint mobility.

BOOTCAMP

This class offers a combination of intervals, strength, and power as cross-functional movements and utilizes body weight, optional light weights, and bands to create a moderate to intense 50 minute challenge.

CARDIO MIX

Cardio Mix combines strength training to the beat of the music and cardio intervals. It is for all fitness levels, and options are offered to keep it low-impact and make it accessible for everyone. Guaranteed to give you a full-body workout!

CYCLE

Cycle has something for everyone with a mix of strength, endurance, power, hills, and drills. With great music to keep you movin’ and groovin’, you'll feel and Stay Inspired with the energy and motivation from our mind/body rides.

EXPRESS WEIGHTS

Express Weights is a quick toning and strengthening class that utilizes a combination of weights, bands, and body weight to work all upper body muscle groups through resistance training. Modifications are always offered. Perfect when you are short on time, need a quick fix or resting/recovering the lower body.

FLEX - YOGA INSPIRED FITNESS

This Yoga inspired format is a dynamic movement class that brings together total body stretching, strengthening yoga postures, and balance and mobility training. The class is set to engaging world beats and combines an athletic focus with mental relaxation techniques. Enjoy integration moments to pause and connect the practice, ending with total mind-body relaxation.

FOREVER FIT (retired class, but available in Guides on Facebook)

A fun 50 minute class inspired by the quote: "Live healthy- Live long!" This class will lead you through a variety of movements appropriate for all skill levels, but geared towards the senior population or those rehabilitating an injury. The class is designed to improve overall health and fitness with a focus on improving the ability to achieve acts of daily living with confidence. The workout is changed a bit each week, adding in gentle yoga poses and "Ener Chi" always with intent for deeper mind and body connection. We will have fun building our overall strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and coordination.

GRATITUDE TUESDAY (retired class, but available in Guides on Facebook)

This is a live guided meditation with a different theme every week to cultivate awareness, gratitude, and healing. We will practice using our breath to connect with our inner-self and reach self-induced relaxation as a way to center ourselves or to simply reset. No experience needed. It’s perfect for those who are new to meditation. 

HIIT

This class is 40 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training that takes you to all-out efforts followed by active recovery times to keep your heart rate up and burn more calories in less time. This workout is for all fitness levels with various options given. Minimal equipment needed - some kind of resistance (hand weights or home items), mat or towel, and optional step bench.

JUST WEIGHTS

With a goal to build muscular endurance and achieve a high fat-burning zone, this is a total body strength class choreographed to the beat of music with fun and challenging tempo changes. This is a workout for all fitness levels. Either dumbbells or your body weight is needed for this workout.

KICKBOXING (retired class, but available in Guides on Facebook)

Cardio kickboxing combines kickboxing inspired movements (various punches and kicks) with fast-paced cardio. Build stamina, coordination, and burn calories in this fun and challenging workout. This workout is for all fitness levels with no equipment needed.

LOW IMPACT CARDIO/STRENGTH

A mix of low-impact cardio and strength training, balance, core work, and stretching. This class is geared toward the more mature athlete but can be progressed to be a high-impact workout.

LOWER BODY & CORE (retired class, but available in Guides on Facebook)

Lower Body is a weights-optional format that will target from the core to the feet with a combination of controlled tempo moves and some faster pacing. Larger muscle groups will be worked, along with balance exercises and ending with core. Body weight will suffice but bring some extra weights if you like. This is perfect for those rehabbing upper body injuries or giving the arms and shoulders a break!

PILATES

Pilates focuses on the concept of smaller, controlled, precise movements using concentration, flow, and breath. This core specific class works your shoulders, abdominals, back, and glutes, working together to create a beautiful, functional body with the ultimate goal of lengthening strength.

R.I.P.P.E.D.

R.I.P.P.E.D is a fitness program that encompasses all aspects of physical fitness for which RIPPED is an acronym: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance (kickboxing), and a bonus Core section. RIPPED provides a full body workout and is designed for all fitness levels. The D in RIPPED stands for Diet. SHORT & SWEET

This class is perfect for those looking to get up and move. With a mix of low impact cardio, light weights, and stretching, you can make this 30-35 minute class what you want it to be. Designed specifically for all levels.

YOGA

Yoga classes are offered at an intermediate level with many modifications given throughout so we can each tailor our practices to the body's needs that day. The benefits of yoga span from elevated mood and breath capacity to increased blood flow, organ function, bone density, flexibility and balance. A sticky yoga mat is needed for safety.
